The problem
When you deliver forms for clients, plugin branding and upgrade nags dilute your product. Clients should see your agency name—not another vendor’s marketing in wp-admin.
The solution
Set a custom product name per licensed site and keep promotional branding and upgrade prompts out of the way. The forms admin UI reads as yours—including experiences you hand to clients.
How to set it up
- Open white-label / branding settings on the licensed site.
- Enter the product name clients should see (e.g. your agency or product brand).
- Hide promotional branding and upgrade nags so the UI stays clean.
- Save and spot-check Forms, Submissions, and any client-facing portal screens.
Repeat per site: white label is configured on each licensed install.
Typical setups
Agency delivery
Use your agency name across client WordPress installs. Editors and clients see a consistent brand when they open forms or the inbox.
Productized offering
Ship forms under your SaaS or product name. Pair with user roles so teammates can manage forms without full admin access.
Good practice
- Keep the name short and recognizable in menus and page titles.
- Match the name you use in the client portal if both are enabled.
- Re-check branding after major updates or when activating the license on a new site.
