Create your first form

Install Sobi Forms, build a contact form, and start collecting submissions in the inbox.

The problem

You need a contact form on WordPress that doesn’t slow the site down—and you want submissions somewhere you can actually work from.

The solution

Sobi Forms is a lightweight form plugin with a modern builder and a Gmail-style inbox. Install it, create a form (blank or from a template), embed it, and manage leads in Submissions.

How to get started

  1. Install Sobi Forms from WordPress.org and activate it.
  2. Open Sobi Forms → Forms.
  3. Create a form—start blank, or pick a template (Contact, Quote, Job, Event, Support).
  4. Add fields on the canvas. Configure After submit (inbox, email, webhook).
  5. Save, then embed the form with the block or shortcode.
  6. Open Sobi Forms → Submissions when entries arrive.
